The story

The vines are trained in Guyot on marly, clayey and tuffaceous soils at 320 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 3,500 vines per hectare. The hillside vineyards face North-East.

Harvest

The grapes are destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation with skin maceration in stainless stell tanks at controlled temperature (22°C), followed by malolactic fermenation in wooden casks
