The story

The vines are trained in Guyot on marly, clay and soòty soils at 320 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 4,500 vines per hectare. The hillside vineyards face on various exposures.

Harvest

The grapes are destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation with skin maceration in horizontal vinifiers at controlled temperature (23°C), followed by malolactic fermenation in wooden casks
