The story

Gallina vineyard located in the municipality of Neive. The vines are trained in Guyot on sandstone, marly, clay and silty soils at 320 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 3,500 vines per hectare. The hillside vineyards face South-East.

Harvest

The grapes are destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28°C), followed by malolactic fermenation in wooden casks
