The story

Fausoni first growth located in the Municipality of Neive. The vines are trained in Guyot on marly, clayey and white tuffaceous soils at 320 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 3,500 vines per hectare. The hillside vineyards face south-west.

From vineyard to bottle

Harvest

The grapes are destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28°C), followed by malolactic fermenation in wooden casks
