The story

Albesani Vineyards are located in the Municipality of Neive. The vines are trained in Guyot on sandy, calcareous, marly and silty soils at 310 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 3,500 vines per hectare. The hillside vineyards face south-east.

Harvest

The grapes are destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28°C), followed by malolactic fermenation in wooden casks
