The story

Color: Gaglioppo grape after 12 days maceration.

The authority and elegance of “Gaglioppo”, ancient and native grapes of Calabria, are harmoniously expressed in this aristocratic Cirò. Its character reminds the land’s power of origin, from which they say that Liber Pater, italic god of wine and vineyard, would have acquired the delicate fragrances used to intoxicate the parties in his honour.

Winemaking

From vineyard to bottle

Harvest

A careful grapes selection is followed by a long maceration on the skins and then by a terse refinement in French oak barrels for 8
months
